Every estimate comes with a trace: the formula, the code reference, and the pack it drew from. The code checks are a reference aid, not a compliance determination - verify against the adopted code and your local authority. Runs offline, no ads, no tracking.

The Home & DIY hub: every free calculator grouped and searchable - paint, tile, mulch, fence, AC size and more.

A 9×6 m slab at 10 cm with 8% waste: 5.83 m³, 458 bags - big numbers on top, an honest receipt and the full result trace underneath.

Will it pass? 8 ft of rise at an 11" tread: 14 risers at 6.86" - IRC pass, with the tread/riser layout and stringer length computed for you.

Drag the rise on a dimensioned stair drawing and watch riser height move against the IRC band - live drafting instruments are the Pro upgrade.

Paint, wallpaper, tile, flooring, insulation, trim, mulch, fence, grass, driveway, AC size and more - free, with search that understands job-site words ("sheetrock" finds drywall, "skirting" finds trim).

Estimates with a full cost breakdown

Slab, stair, framing and roll-up cost estimates with direct, overhead and per-unit breakdowns.

Blueprints you can drag

Results come with dimensioned isometric drawings - stairs, slabs, roofs, piers. Drag a dimension handle and watch the take-off recalculate live against the signed pack yields (Pro).
